Fun fact…I was once detained and actually placed in handcuffs in Venice.

After a brief period of mutual clarification of the finer points of disagreement between myself and the Sheriff department of Sarasota County…

I was kindly (and somewhat reluctantly) released from “custody” and STRONGLY encouraged to head either north towards St. Pete or south towards Ft Meyers in order to vacate their respective jurisdiction “Post-Haste”

I hope you enjoy your time in Venice better than I did, KingOrange !!

Get some Murano glass. I had a vase. My nephew broke it, sadz.


Also, no one believes you Big. Olive Garden doesn’t count.

Not a big fan of the Venetian, resort fees are terrible!
