Best/Worst/Strange tRant ads you are receiving

We all probably receive some of the same ads on the Rant, but we all also receive some very different ads based on our internet search histories. Which ones have have you received lately that make you scratch your head for one reason or another?
Here is one I received today:
I clicked on it, I liked it, but I don't know why in the hell I'm receiving it.

Ads are based on google tracking cookies and shite based on what google thinks you are.
I keep getting ads for reduction surgeries for men with larger than 14" inch dicks and billionaire resorts in the Swiss Alps. Google is pretty good. It thinks you're an overweight woman.

I guess it thinks I'm a woman with body issues who likes traveling to exotic locales, hiking, kayaking, swimming, modern furniture and hipster clothes.
I'm really kind of at loss to figure out why these are my chosen ads.

Possibly.
Chris Chan...or Christian Weston Chandler, might be one of the most famous internet personalities in history and he is certainly the most thoroughly documented. I only recently discovered his story through the documentaries released on YT LINK and am strangely fascinated with it all.
Basically, he's a really entertaining manchild with a mild case of autism that he uses to excuse his misbehavior. Well in to his 30s he made his own comic, Sonichu, which was a mix of Pikachu and Sonic.
He also was deseprate to find a girlfriend/lose his viriginity and so began a "Lovequest" as he called it which mostly involved him setting up an "Attraction Sign" at his local community college in the hope of snagging a Cute, Boyfriend-Free Girl.
I bring this up because at various times wikis have been set up for his work. Back around 2010 people made one for him and gave him limited admin access. They then told him that to finance the website they would have to display ads that were driven by cookies and the individual user's browser history.
THEN they made a bunch of bullshite ads specifically targeting him and his repressed homosexuality - the sonichu comics had a lot of homosexual undertones and Chris himself was extremely and vocally homophobic.
The whole thing was to frick with him and it was hilarious.
He later came out as a male Lesbian, then a transwoman, and now bisexual. He's a weird dude.

Nobody's fricking with you, it may just be an quirk with some website you've visited or how the advertiser has set up their targeting...it may not even be you. It may be based on trends of all users to this site or all visitors to another site you've been to, I'm not sure exactly how that stuff works.
