A little serious here ... I've just been diagnosed with Diabetes. I need to lose about 20 lbs or so. So, I'm focused on that.

Otherwise, just try to be better this year than I was last year.

Hope everyone reaches their goals in '24.

Never been one for NY’s resolutions. I figured if it’s a change I need to make about myself, just do it. Time of year be damned.

Low carb will do that for you by end of February
