'clemson folks' don't say it is just the refs. it was a winnable game despite 5 bad calls.
does Watson catch the balls? Doesn't it take two people to complete a pass. does watson throw the ball to himself.

what excuses have i made. I simply said that if Clemson struggles this season, it doesn't make sense to say it was solely because of Watson.

Quit making excuses. Maybe your coach should learn to recruit better and you wouldn't be crying about losing guys to the NFL.

You just admitted a few post back that you couldn't even name an Auburn receiver so I'm not sure what your point is. Auburn by at least 14. Its going to be a massacre

Clemson is projected to be 2nd best defense this season by ESPN. LINK
I think QB Hunter Johnson, 5 star out of Indiana, may end up being better than Watson, and I think Kelly will be similar to Woody Dantzler at worse. Clemson has more speed at RB with Feaster this season.
Clemson def. has good chance to make playoffs given Va Tech, Miami, UNC, G Tech all lost QBs, and Lville and Va Tech lost talent at WR and RB, and FSU lost Cook and a top WR.
Looking at schedule, FSU and Auburn at home, and at Va Tech and at Lville are toughest 4 games most likely. If they go 2-2 in these 4 games and don't have a bad loss, they will have shot at playoffs, assuming these teams all have a decent ranking.
keep in mind Clemson also has G Tech at home, which is a bfd because Clemson hasn't had a lot of wins in ATL against them.
Clemson went 3-0 against FSU, Auburn, and G Tech on the road last season which I think really was the most impressive thing about the season given Clemson doesn't win much in those venues.

NC State kicker acting like he was playing for Wide Right U in Tallahasse is the only way yall won that ballgame. NC State had that in the bagg and that kid just blew it. Nothing you did on that play, he just muffed it

he was a terrible kicker. they stopped kicking FGs in games after that. He previous kick had been blocked so that probably was in his head.
