But honest to god, w/ this young D line, how much leaning on them do we REALLY WANT TO DO?

I keep thinking back to that "win" against USC last year and what seemed like it had to be a near record number of 3 and outs from the offense. Shutting down a Spurrier team like that for that long is still what I see as the summit of Stecs career.

It's just hard for me to believe that once Russell and Evans ankels heal up, all will be well, all will be "back to normal", I'm sure a lot of the fanbase can buy that, somehow I just can't. Too old, too stubborn and set in my ways to change now, I'll be the cranky old codger that doesn't believe "things are gonna be fine", to remind you all how lucky you are not to be me.

Just the comments in the post game about his status.

They might be holding info back for strategic reasons, but it didn't sound like he'd be ready.

I somewhat agree. But the AP just answered your question for 24 slots. For the 25th slot I'll answer. You take your pick.
