If ND wins out, and let’s say Ohio St. does the same along with Oklahoma and Clemson. Since ND doesn’t play in a conference championship game, do you think they stay in the top 4? Or will those conference champs that had to play a 13th game against a high caliber opponent leap frog them?

ND will make it. Their strength of schedule will be stronger than the other 1 loss teams. Half their schedule will have been against top 25 teams.

Ok...I have no problem with that at all. I just remember when it first started, an emphasis was going to be put on P5 conf championships since they have to play a 13th game against a strong opponent. I listen to ESPN U radio all day, and that was a topic of conversation. Nobody had a good answer for it.

The full body of work matter. It’s why Wisconsin, though undefeated is ranked behind several 1 loss teams. They haven’t played anyone that’s good.

Oh yeah, I get that....same with Miami. But Miami has some games against ranked teams coming up. Wisconsin won’t meet anybody till the Big 10 championship game. I think they are screwed unless a lot of things happen for them.
