Crockett going to the draft and Collins (DB 2018) transferring frees up a couple of scholarships. Crockett a bit of a surprise.

Are we looking good with Chester Graves(he does not talk so who knows),Kam Bell OL, any RB's who were not on the radar screen. Do we get back in touch with Glover Cook?

Graves has to take care of his academics. Which is far from a sure thing.

Graves will be at Mizzou if his academics are in order.

The SEC has stricter JUCO standards though because of some Math requirement

Crockett was a big back at 235 lbs. and Roundtree is about 210 lbs. and we need to find a back in the Crockett range weight-wise. Somebody that's not a project.

Here's 3 backs that are waiting on the late signing period or they have some grade problems.

Knowledge McDaniel

Zykamren Robinson(he's high on Mizzou)

Glover Cook(he decommitted from Mizzou)

Does Mizzou have room to take another RB in this class? You only get 25 new scholarship players per year. Mizzou is already close to that cap.

19 signed with 2 more with grade issues. So if those 2 cannot get their grades up and go juco then we have 6.

There’s also 2 grad transfers and 1 regular transfer. Those count toward that 25 number. So there’s 3 spots left. Unless things have changed the plan is 1 more OL and 2 more at DE.

Do the 2 grad transfers count for this year or can we use Crockett and Collins scholarships for them? How do their scholarships get put back into the rotation? I realize every scholarship is a 1 year scholarship but transfers and early NFL draft participant scholarships have to be able to be used somehow and someway.

You are allowed 25 first time scholarships per year. There are obviously way to manipulate which year a scholarship counts toward, but coaches really only do that for elite prospects. Transfers count toward that 25 total.
