Now watch. He'll become a head coach at a smaller school and have extremely good success there.
Or, he'll become an OC at a large school and take them to a conference championship within one year.

We'll be better off in the long run. Sure, he was a good recruiter, now we've just got to find the right replacement. Personally, I hope he does go on to do good things. He's just not cut out to be an OC in the SEC.

I agree. Hopefully our recruiting can get better, without Yost though, I'm not sure how we can manage to bring in the type of talent we need to be as successful as the top schools in our conference.

Did he recruit Defense? If not than I'm not worried. We have to get bigger and stronger up front on Dline. We need to do this on the Oline as well. Not sure how many O lineman he was the lead recruiter on.

We need an OC and a recruiter. It does no good to get the players if your scheme/playcalling doesn't give the players a chance and it doesn't matter how good your scheme/playcalling is if you don't have the horses to run with it.

Eh yost looked like a legit hobo, I honestly think he turned as many people away from mizzou as he would have brought in
