KC Chiefs did a big outreach program in the late 80s. I forgot the gm at that time but I think it was the guy who hired Marty.

Sure it is. If the seats don't sell, give them to in state kids and fill the stadium

It's also great to get young kids thinking about going to Mizzou for school.

I have been preaching this for baseball for years now. Give the damn tickets away to create interest. You can charge later. Football is obviously a little different but the thought is the same.
