There is not a single Mizzou fan breathing that didn’t want Bryant. Odom did exactly the right thing in his recruitment. He did what was necessary to get him to sign.

Does the way that’s communicated to Bryant enable his behavior?

I doubt it. I don’t think guaranteeing him the starting position, where let’s face it was obvious and everyone else recruiting him was doing it too, empowered him to think he could bang everyone’s girlfriends. He knew that shite was wrong and did it anyway. I doubt some faux qb “battle” would have changed anything

But let’s live in an alternate universe for a second here and pretend that Odom wouldn’t guarantee him the spot and he had went somewhere else because of it. He would have been ripped to shreds for that and rightfully so.

Is all this stuff fact or just rumor that was started on this board? Especially when names are being mentioned and players are being accused.

The differing philosophies on practice is from a player.

The other part is supposition based on a rumor.

They should have let AO bitch slap him and let it be done with. do not let him hurt him real bad but just slap him around in front of the team. Let Bryant quit doesn't matter

Perhaps, that is why. The Oline coach couldn't deal with it

It was bad OL play and KB stank it up (maybe because of injury). If CB had played, we beat Vandy and Tennessee and BO is still coach

All of this is fact

It certainly could

That would have been the best. Or Odom should have instead of AO. You have to have order and respect for each other if you want to win a team game.

Fact....and not one of us could have imagined that he couldn't see 50 feet down the field

Bold accusation if KB did in fact do that to AO's gf. If it's false, that's messed up too.
