Is alright. If you have a hankering for BBQ while you're in town. Try it out.
Eta: apparently there's not one but two Zaxby's under construction in town. One out at Nifong and Providence and one on 63 at Stadium.

I ate here about a month ago. It was good, but my biscuit was shredded (which seems to be a Missouri thing). I wanted nice, juicy slices. I met the owner, who isn't named Pete (his dad was). He was a really nice guy.
There are mileage signs on the walls to all sorts of various towns... kind of like the signpost on the M*A*S*H set. I requested a "Bryan, TX - 770" sign. I haven't been back to see if it's there. ;)

I assume you meant brisket. This is NOT a Missouri thing. It is a "can't cook brisket right" thing. Outside of the competition circuit it is hard to find good brisket in Missouri.

Yeah. I was disappoint in the brisket. Stay away from that. Sides were good and the tips were great.
I don't think he's put up Bryan TX yet for ya. :)

The ribs weren't too bad. Then again anytime I have ribs I compare them to Pappy's so they are automatically not very good to me.
