I truly don't know if Shane is that guy we thought he was in college but the Chiefs are obviously the best fit for him and their locker room.

Thoughts on him getting a chance?

Nick Bolton and Shane Ray on the same defense in the NFL. I can definitely dig it.

Did they get him or try him out?

By all accounts Nick seems like a really fine young man whereas Shane is a douchebag. How many unsportsmanlike flags did he get while at Mizzou? Go back to one of the A&M games when his unsportsmanlike bullshite almost cost us the game.

I think they are trying him out because the Chiefs might be switching to a 3-4 defense and nobody really knows who they'll retain. Looking at you Frank Clark.

He got a tryout, with a number of other players. He did not get a contract. Justin Watson did.

Not sure if its over or not.

Ray got hit by injuries and remaining a backup at Denver. Has been playing in the CFL. Hasn't played in the NFL since 2018.

Chiefs are not switching to a 3-4.
