Hahaha. Touche.
Of course, we could all be wrong, Henson could be the second coming of Mike Martz and we could have this coaching staff for years to come.

I don't have a crystal ball, but Henson is going to be fine.
I haven't looked through all the comments on this.. but have we talked about Hill getting the assistant head coach promotion? I know people would lose their lids if we hired from within.. but if the next few years go okay, that very well may be what happens. I can see Hill being groomed to take over.

All I've heard is Hill as QB coach, nothing else. No idea who will be WR coach or recruiting coordinator.

Post Dispatch is reporting Hill was also bumped up to associate head coach. (Probably a formality that allows him to see a more significant pay raise, a way to show respect and appreciation for his loyalty perhaps. It could also be a move that allows him to be in position to take over for Pinkel if things go well for this staff over the next 4-5 years).

I feel the same way. Hopefully, he sees where the problems were in Yost's play calling. I'm not particularly enamored with how it all went down, but, I think, as it stands right now, these two were best men for the job. Only because there was never going to be anyone else for the job.
I'll hold off praise or criticism of these moves until this time next year, and hopefully, I won't be using Josh Hensons name in vein on Saturday afternoons when yelling at my TV.
