A good excuse to drink beer? Something to get you through til football season? Plenty of room left on the Royals bandwagon. Climb aboard.

Yeah I sorta did that. Originally a Detroit fan, moved in between KC and Stl, couldn't stomach a lot of Cards fans so sorta bandwagoned the royals for a while. Heart wasn't really into it though.

If anything Kauffman is a wonderful place to spend a summer day/evening! One of the best ballparks in the league. I freaking love baseball season cause it means it's warm and gives me something to do while grilling and drinking cold beer!

But possibly one of the hottest places on earth.

Yes. On this we can agree. I usually camp out in Rivals sports bar if it's too hot. I hate those Sunday day games in August. Brutal! Anyways what did you think of the tigers trading away fielder? I was pretty shocked.

You can fry an egg on your seat in the mid afternoon sun

Wait, what? Cardinals fans tell me they are great and that kansas citians are the only ones who don't like them because we have an inferiority complex! How can you be from somewhere outside of Kansas City and not like cardinals fans?!

Well I could tell you but that's not going to make me any friends. As a hardcore Mizzou fan I have to tolerate the cards. I've actually been to more card games than KC. It's a pretty good place to see a game

You don't need to actually tell me, I already know first hand. I was just being sarcastic

I have been trying to stay out of the sniping, but damn, y'all really do have the Cards on the mind. By the way...how many of your players would get more than 20 starts for the Cards? Where do you think your #1 would fit into the Cards rotation? Maybe in long relief?

James Shields is not a long reliever he pitched better than Wainwright with less run support, and Greg Holland would be your immediate closer.

Or maybe opening and closing the clubhouse doors for the real ball players.
