Really ugly game honestly, the point guard play was really erratic and turnovers were everywhere. Against a team that has better athleticism and a smothering defense I'm really worried we're going to have serious issues.

Clark needs some time to learn obviously, but right now is decision making is very poor, he hit some good shots though.

Ross took some ill advised threes but managed to hit a few. His defense was decent and had a couple of good blocks.

Clarkson didn't get the ball as much in this game. He had issues with turnovers as well(team had 17).

Honestly it was just a sloppy game all over, the offense never got in sync, Mizzou never felt like they were going to lose the game, but at the same time never pulled away like they should have.

I'll be at the Illini game on Saturday, can't wait, M I Z

This team is absolutely horrible at taking care of the ball. I also think sometimes the worst thing that can happen is for Ross to make a shot. All of a sudden there isn't a shot he doesn't like, or at least take even if he doesn't like it. It's asking a lot of Clark, but he has to mature fast. I really like what I see in him, but this team will be best when Clarkson and Brown are playing the 2 and 3 and Ross is coming off the bench.

Illinois is going to be a real test this year. Not sure I feel as confident in that game this year as I have in past years. I'm hoping Haith was just focusing on getting the team to work on certain aspects of the game today at the expense of looking bad. We'll find out shortly.

Not a pretty game. No question there.

The next two games will tell us a lot...and we may need these wins for the RPI. League play is going to hurt our RPI. It might be another poor turnout for SEC in the NCAA tourney. (3-4 teams only)

It's going to be tough to get a signature win out of an SEC game outside of UF and UK. No one else has a top 25 win (and UK doesn't have one yet).

Beating Alabama or Ole Miss isn't going to excite the committee all that much.
