Go on a hunger strike and maybe you can get some coaches fired.

How many, if any, phone calls went unreturned?

How many, if any, emails received no replies?

How many, if any, letters went without response?

How many actual incidents have occurred on campus?

How many incidents have been reported, whether true or not?

We know some, but not everything is all my point is. We have no idea if Wolfe deserved to go.

My guess? There were issues with Wolfe completely unrelated to this episode. If he were the perfect president otherwise, he would have had support in this matter.

IDGAF if they called him every hour on the hour. He wouldn't take my dad's call about anything and my dad wouldn't be calling him to bleed all over the phone. I can guarantee it. They're some goddamn idiots if they think he should meet with every student who got offended.

I agree with this. Straw that broke the camel's back.

Don't think I said that either. But maybe at some point, he tells one of his minions to respond to them letting them know they are aware of their concerns and have directed them to Joe Smith, who will be following up on it and any further concerns can be directed to him. Now maybe he did do that. My point is we don't know either way.

Agreed. But if he had repeated requests from a particular group, or repeated requests concerning the same issues, he should have addressed it. Or at least passed it on to someone else to address. IF he had these requests. I think that may have been part of the inaction.

Bottom line, this was all a big over-reaction. And everyone got manipulated by the activist-in-training. The more I hear, the more I think there probably is an issue needs addressing, but the tactics I can't respect.

He did address it. To be clear, I could two rats asses about Wolfe. I have zero information as to whether or not he was effective at his actual job. The intent was to destroy him professionally. Not to "have a dialogue." They didn't really want a dialogue. Hell, they were blocking his car two days after Loftin mandated new diversity training on campus.

Yepp, let there be no doubt that I don't approve of or support the tactics. I can appreciate and understand that they have the right to do it even if I disagree with the method. My main point is everyone seems so damn sure of things when we don't know shite. And that's on both sides.

I agree with this. That's why I think they will go to far. They got attention because of the football team. That's going to disappear; the cameras will go away, and the team will start playing again. Their demands are ridiculous, and won't fly. I believe this is going to backfire on them at some point.

It's real simple. I look to football - in particular Mizzou football - as a diversion from the serious shite in my life, including all things political. I don't have a problem with players speaking their minds on issues that I disagree with. But when they take a position I disagree with AND hold the University hostage unless their demands are met and my alma mater gives in to the irrational demands, I cannot continue to pretend to support my school, or the team that did this to my school.

But yeah, the o-line has been for shite.

I have tickets and I refuse to attend this game. I'm not even selling them, because I don't want someone to purchase and attend. Hell, I may be out on the remainder of the season. I encourage everyone to sit this game out.

What we have here is a dog shite team, with dog shite offensive players, with dog shite leadership... Frick this team, frick Mizzou, frick Concerned Students 1950

I can guarantee the conversations would have went some thing like this.

I heard a racial slur!

Who said it?

White kids.

Who are they?

Don't know but some one must pay and some thing must be done!!!!

There was nothing of substance for Wolfe to waste his time.

The students can police themselves from name calling and show that it isn't excepted on campus.

No one was physically threatened and no bodily harm was done.

The campus was so unsafe but did any one transfer out of fear for their safety?

Wolfe was just a scape goat for this faux agenda.

CS1950 showed their true colors when they bullied and harassed the student trying to take pictures. They have lost all credibility.

I'm not saying anyone does or does not have credibility. On either side. I will also bet that that conversation never happened. I think it's just as likely that there was no conversation. Point is we just don't know
