Missouri basketball...beats Kentucky!

Well, the women did last night. For the first time since we joined the SEC, the ladies beat Kentucky (#25).
It was a very entertaining game and it was especially fun watching good Mizzou basketball for a change. I think that's 5-straight wins for our home team.
Give them a look when you get a chance and you may see some actual decent hoops play.

The SEC is a tough conference for women's basketball. Knocking off the Lady Wildcats is pretty impressive, as is rattling off 5 straight wins. Think the Lady Tigers have a shot at making the Big Dance?

I thought I saw them projected as a 7 seed before the game last night.

7 seed isn't bad at all. A winnable game to start things out and then a shot at a number #2 seed. A lot better then staring down the barrel of facing someone like UConn in the second round.
