Mauk looked good running the ball.

Anybody think that he is gun-shy out of fear of getting hurt? If he gets taken out for a game he might be aware he might not come back.

Is this why he can't stay in the pocket? Yes Lock had an INT but it was through Richard's hands. Still seems to be the better thrower 2 weeks in.

our best offense right now might be Lock at QB, Zanders at RB and Mauk next off the bench at RB...

I hadn't thought of that but you're right.

Mauk was the best player today. No run game, drops on drops by receivers. That's with 2 WTF throws that were intercepted. Sad statement about the offense.

I'm assuming you mean on offense.

Agree- mauk is best athlete we have on offense. I don't know why he makes a couple bone head plays a game, but I thought he played pretty well. Some of those drops were really costly. The only other o player to look fast compared to the defense was dilosa.
