No it really doesn't at all. Some of the posting guidelines have clear lines, but others are wide open to interpretation and get interpreted 400 different ways. In kills case a weeks ban for a poop gif seemed perfectly reasonable, but what the heck did he get permabanned for?

And FWIW I didn't see anyone getting thrown under the bus. Worse case scenario was 'but guys you messed up my evil plan?'. SEMO or Kilo certainly did nothing wrong on any level, and I don't think anyone ever thought that. I mean obviously the only one that broke the rules was kills.

I seriously doubt he's permabanned. Though the alters no doubt added to the sentence.

It's like law enforcement. First timers are treated very differently than serial offenders. It's a culmination of continued breaking of the rules. Plus, apparently there was a reinstatement thread the last week of December than very few people knew about. We'll plead his case on the next one.
