What did he do that fans will be more forgiving for? Please don't tell me that you are talking about the protest?

Of course I'm talking about that. Whether you agree with it or not, you need to understand that a LARGE portion of the fanbase was alienated by that nonsense. Something the entire university is still trying to recover from to this day.

Moore biggest problem, is he drops too many balls. He's a body catcher and not a hands catcher. And, much like most players today, if he does catch the ball, he doesn't secure properly. Thus fumbles!

I didn't like the protests then, and still don't now, but it's over with, and the damage has been done. Time to move on!

Maybe Moore didn't understand what was really happening and got involved and it was past the point of recovery. But the protests were awful, and did and are still hurting the university. A rich kid refuses to eat, over some things that may or not have actually happened, if they did happen, most of the things were not able to be controlled by the university....people who potentially driving by and yelling racist comments who more than likely werent even students, while an awful act is still not the university's issue.
The protests and their logic of "this poor starving" guy and their subsequent demands are a perfect example of snowflake liberal logic....it was all ludicrous, and was a horrible misrepresentation of the University of Missouri. The "starving student" is an imbecile as were all those who furthered the protests.

The faculties response and actions were the truly disgusting part to me. Kids will do stupid stuff, especially if they've been under the influence of some propaganda hysteria.

The adults at the University were the ones that made me feel embarrassed.
