Because the receivers can't get open.
we have receivers open all the time, one of the reason Lock makes it look like we have a different offense is because he spots and throws to them.
you might be one of those fans who thinks an "open" receiver means no defender within ten yards, that's not how it works,,, didn't work that way for Largent either.

Lots of assumptions on your part.
Then, how about they don't catch balls that hit them in the hands?

Vahe says a whole lot of nothing that we don't know, other than his opinion that there is no QB controversy. It's Mauk's show. I do have to say, while I don't disagree, right now, I am still impressed at Lock's maturity to recognize his immaturity.

Here's an interesting quote from Dave Matter's Mizzou chat today. LINK
And this one made me lol...
quote:
I'm not going to predict what happens down the road, but if Missouri loses one of its next two games - against two beatable teams in Cats and Cocky - AND Mauk struggles in those games, then Pinkel and staff could have a huge decision to make. An unprecedented decision, as you pointed out.
And this one made me lol...
quote:
Do you think we should resort to rotating three different people at the QB position like a desperate Spurrier type solution.

Why stop at three? I'd go with five. Maybe a different QB for every possession. I'm sure a few safeties and corners played some QB in Pop Warner.
