Its roughly half the size of the new SEZ, and doesn't look nearly as good. Considering the SEZ was only $20 mil more than this, I'd say we did great!

It was more a comparison of what we got for the money. I couldn't give two shits about them. This just solidifies that I think the SEZ project has been a good deal for Mizzou.
