He will either have to be pushed out the door or fired. He is not going to leave without being pushed out.

How much embarrassment can a guy stand before he withdraws? There is nothing in the pipeline that indicates we're just one year away from being competitive.
Few can handle the humiliation Kimbo has endured the last 2 years. He's in his mid-60s. Surely he knew/knows he only had a few years in this job.
He'll bail without being told. This last post-game he did has all the signs of a defeated guy.
