Right after Odom signs on with Mizzou. I want to know what the disconnect was. Money? Buyout?

He may have simply been unable to get off the pot. I don't have any info though.

Read that his contract at Houston was for $2.8M plus $200k more for his assistants.
He didn't want to be here. We could've easily matched that money. And his assts. would've cleaned up.

He wants texas and no one else could convince him either. There were a fair amount of big named coaching openings and he didn't take any of them. Nothing we could do.
