Yep.
I hope that the fiscal issues that this country has are a priority for this administration. This deficit and its projections for the future are troubling. At some point you just have to cut back on spending and pay your bills.

Guess what SoCalMiz I had a successful political troll with genro regarding Herman Cain and Obama gifs. I posted a gif with Herman Cain quoting Pokemon
and another with that creepy arse smile and genro said he actually laughed and gave me props. I said the republicans would have been better off nominating Cain so I could watch his debate skills

Are you telling me Romney leads in popular vote?
Very poor mandate, if one becomes POTUS w/o winning popular vote! Would make for even more contentious bickering in Congress.

Bills will get paid. Obama inherited two wars that were paid for on a credit card, and an economy in shambles. Things will get better, they always do.

Well, the fact that every dollar we print has debt automatically attached to it because a non government agency (FED) loans us the money we print for ourselves doesn't really help the fiscal situation. I'll just leave it at that.. the fact that people think administrations are going to make things better is our problem.
As long as we are an imperialist fascist leaning country with citizens that spend more time watching mindless tv and talking on sites like this one while ignoring the golden words from people like Thoreau and the brilliant minds of the past, we're screwed.

Yep Romney is winning the popular vote by more than a million votes but he is still going to lose

Well, California is still far from counted. By tomorrow Obama will probably also have the popular vote.
But.. can you imagine how confusing that would be for people in China or the Middle East that are trying to learn about our 'democracy' that we're trying to share with them..

I'm more concerned about China owning us, than I am about them being confused by our "democratic" process!

I'll add to this thread..
That I think the overall ignorance of the republicans are really to blame for this loss. And the loss 4 years ago.
Liberals don't care if you're black, white, a hipster, or a bum... they band together for their party.
Republicans do not blend as nicely. The pinky up yuppies don't want to be associated with the NASCAR rednecks. I'm over simplifying what I really think, but that sums it up.

No to chicken little or mark of the beast, but banking cartel and the folks behind the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank, deserve close examination. Once the US dollar was worth something, removal of the gold standard, has eliminated all real value. Is the US is spiraling toward the path of Greece? I hope not, but the warning signs are present.
I'm not losing any sleep over this, but I am watching closely.
Agree 100%. The Bilderberg thing is pretty interesting too.

Agree with this.
Demographics are changing in the country and the hard line on some of the social issues killed them.
Right wing is gonna have to rethink their platforms moving forward.

At this point Bilderberg is kind of trivial, they've been exposed, it's not what it used to be.. but yeah, how interesting is it that political, corporate, and financial elite have been meeting in secrecy to 'plan'.
And Bogie and Semo, currency should be backed by something, not just printed on a whim. Our problem is our money is loaned to us from a bank independent of our government (which is criminal), and we've printed way too much of it. But the gold standard suggestion is not a good one, a straight gold standard is guaranteed to create stagflation. Just for future reference in case you use that in an argument, don't want someone that knows economics to pin you down on that.

He largest ownership group of American debt is the American public. This is done through our retirement funds and investments, china does not, and will not own us.
True they are the largest foreign holder of our debt, but the ratio of what we own to what they hold is two fold.
No need to worry.
