Anyone hearing anything? I know they said they'd evaluate and probably have a better idea tomorrow but I'm wondering if there's any buzz about him returning this weekend. I'd really like to see him get some series this weekend to knock the rust off and make sure the timing is still there with his receivers.

They're probably enjoying making teams prepare for 2 qb's.

If he was really throwing the ball hard last week, like reported, he is probably pretty close to healed.

I say seat him this week and let him sit out until Ole Miss.

No way I want him on the bench all game.

He needs to knock off some rust.

There is nothing that simulates a game, he needs it.

Yep. Let Mauk do the heavy lifting, but make sure JF gets some run to get the feel for game speed again.

Need? Hopefully not. Want? IMO yes so he can knock the rust off and get the timing back with the receivers. I'd rather him do it in one half against UK than the 1st half of OM.
