Yeah, you need a better liquor store. It's not a top level vodka. It's good middle shelf shite, but the bottle is the cost.
Add some novelty in the middle of farmland and it will get costly.
Get the cheap shite I mentioned, it's probably a better vodka and you don't have the Dan Ackroyd markup.

My old man lives in the Chicago suburb I was born in. It's boring as frick, but he just wants a place to watch sports, friends, and a bottle of Jack or a 12 pack of Fine Pilsner beer from Miller, he's fine there. Chicago is a foreign country. It's fine for him.
Then again, he doesn't bitch about not having good vodka. Know what I mean?
