Here's a Nugget from the chat...

FYI, Missouri & Purdue have agreed in principle to 2017-18 football series. I'm told MU will likely issue a release after the first of year

What are your thoughts about playing Purdue from the B1G? Personally I'd rather play the Nubs or Illinois.

Are they trying to get closer to the Chicago market for recruiting?

My thoughts are it's a crappy opponent that no one cares about.

I feel about like I did toward Indiana. It's a B1G opponent. OK. That's about it. Nice, but nothing special.

Does not move the needle.

There are only 5 B1G teams I care about playing.

1. Michigan
2. tOSU
3. Iowa
4. Whisky
5. Corn

I think Mich St. has a fine program, and I'd be happy to play them as well, but a non-con with any of these teams listed would get me excited.

Let's do a home and home with any of these teams.

Personally, I'd love to destroy the B1G for years to come, just to remind them that they picked the wrong team, and we're damn happy they did.

Also, the SEC! chant in Iowa City would be epic.

I'd love it if they played one of these teams (plus Sparty) in a neutral site game at Soldier Field.

ETA: or better yet a two game series with one in Chicago and the other in St. Louis or KC.
