Yeah, but, when the passing game is rolling like it has been, you don't need Brady to run like he did before. Now I look for him to be able to scramble enough to extend plays when needed or take off a run for a first down when coverage is good.

#5 in PY at 1879
#10 in AVG
#15 in passing TDs
#14 in %
#12 in passer rating.

Eli’s bitch arse turtling in the 2nd half and going away from the first half killed Cook’s confidence and the offense there. Cook could and should have gotten even 500+ passing yards.

Hell. It was coaching malpractice that Stephens kept getting targets. That stone handed idiot cost us at least 30 yards with his 4 drops.

Throwing the pick hurt his confidence. He started looking for Burden to much and throwing to his check downs. Stephens is a blocking TE and he used him as a check down when other receivers were open. He threw to Burden for losses when he was a decoy when he drew double team’s.

It wasn’t the play calling.

He threw both INT’s throwing to Burden when he was double teamed. The 1st pick he threw to Burden 3 straight times and they were all incomplete. He tried to force the ball to Burden when he was double teamed and use the check down to often.

He could have passed for 500 yards if he had the confidence. I wish he would have thrown for 350 yards and ran some clock and keep LSU’s offense off the field.

He'll learn from the mistakes made and continue to play well. We just need to continue to support the young man and hope he has a great finish to the season.
