They can still go into executive session. It is just like your normal k-12 board meeting where they go behind closed doors to discuss personnel issues.
I hope they don't fire Wolfe. It would not surprise me if they give him a vote of confidence and fire Pinkel for dereliction of duty (although I assume Pinkel cleared his public comments with his bosses-so he is probably fine).

Fire the guy making over $4 mill a year with a heafty buyout over a guy making $450K. That's a terrible idea.

One would think there are clauses in 4 mil dollar contracts.
