There's no such thing as a fair weather MU fan, it's not possible.

I don't think I've seen anyone wish we lose. I've seen some that are critical of Haith and even want him fired, but I haven't seen them say they wish we lose to ensure his firing.

I have. Not here, but on another board I post on.

That is not uncommon on these boards.

So someone can bash the coach and players with all kinds of demeaning verbiage, but the fans are off limits for criticism? Or is it just one part of the fanbase? I mean, anyone who dares offer any kind of support for the staff get's called a dipshit, Haith lover, among the kinder things said. Maybe I missed where Nick crossed the line.

You know, I've been following MU for a LONG time. During that time, we've had multiple ADs and coaches and myriads of players, and we still haven't won much of anything. The one constant in all that is the same fans year in and year out.

Obviously the problem therefore is the fans. That's as logical as a lot of the crap that gets said on these boards.

Is that ban worthy?

Thanks for being a voice of reason, but they believe a line has been crossed, and I can respect that, now I know the boundaries of right and wrong.

Not cool man. How could you not be happy if Haith turns it around and we make the Final Four? May not be likely to happen, but I'd never hope my team loses, not even to get rid of a coach I don't care for.

Meh. Non-issue. No one is banned.

Personally, I got no problem with someone who supports Haith. I don't give a crap who the coach is, as long as they win. I do take issue with someone who thinks the only people who support Mizzou are the 2406 that show up for an NIT game against some mid-major team.

Cool. Hard to imagine anyone getting banned on this site...unless you post images of someone taking a dump out of a van window or something.

Or say something about Miles going to bama. Wait that would be fine here, just don't do it on the rant.

I need a gif of Miles pooping out of a van window and on the side of the van it says "Bound for Bama'.

In case I want to go out in a blaze of glory (and collect my 72 virgins)

Please get on this Kills

I'm not saying fire Haith and I'm not saying he's a good one, but am saying Masiello may be one to keep an eye on. Really impressed with how he has the Jaspers playing. 2 similar teams stylistically (1 with 5* talent, the other with 2* talent) slugging it out and the Jaspers on the upper end of things right now.

The players play the game, the coaches pick and coach the players, the AD hires the coach, the fans watch.

Blaming the fans would be a lot like if walmart started losing money year after year and announced 'we have found the problem - our customers suck'

Dunno. Throughout all the epic failure of MU sports, the fans have been the one constant.

Although it wouldn't necessarily have to be the whole fanbase. It could be just one individual fan who is the problem. Maybe we should identify that fan, and then sacrifice them in a public ceremony in front of the Columns to appease the NCAA gods?

He needs to go but sadly he's not going anywhere. Southern Miss embarrassed them today.

Haith is an embarrassment to Mizzou.
