Go big. Landing a bunch of two and three star recruits isn't going to turn things around. A big impact player can make a ton of difference though.
As an example, with Treylon Burks at WR last year Arkansas had a home run threat on every play on offense. This year, not so much. The record reflects not having him on the field.
