I may have missed this, but I think it was on Rivals, it showed we offered Mavin Saunders in both football(3* TE) and basketball(3* PF). Anyone know if he intends to play both in college and if MU is ok with him playing both?

Im sure it would be similar to DGB. Would like to play both if the school allows him too. I dont think HCGP would want him too however. Another recruit I failed to mention from MO that would make our class look stronger now is Jimmie Swain. 4* LB. This is a strong class from MO this year. Wish we could lock it down.

Yepp. I like the MO kids we have gotten, but it would be nice to lock down some the higher rated ones as well.

LB David Perkins is leaving Ohio state. We were a finalist for him in the 2012 class.

He was a 4* athlete. Hopefully the staff still has interest in him. Know what position he plans on playing?

Played 9 games as a freshman as LB. But have heard rumors about him wanting to be a RB... Not sure though what's up witht him / his plans he is listed as an ATH

We actually have solid depth at RB so I would love this guy at RB. OSU had him listed at 6'2 230 which is decent size. Had one year in hs with 13 sacks. His recruitment should happen quickly.

I'd love to get him on board. You think he could play both? A few snaps at rb a few at lb?

He probably could. I'm just not sure if the coaching staff would want him to. 4* RB Stanley Williams sent out a shout out "What's up #MizFam" on twitter. Getting a bunch of Mizzou love right now.

I'd love to get Stanley Williams has Georgia taken another rb this class? I figure we need at least two this year esp with Abbington not qualifying

Alot of Mizzou Fans were tweeting Boom Williams earlier today and he shouted us out. His top 3 right now are Clemson, UK, and WVU. I think that is a grouping that we can break into.

On rivals Stanley Williams says Georgia leads?? In over news a source has said Chris Murphy is close to committing to mizzou. He is the CB who went to school as Eddie Printz

He was a former UGA Commit. My statement was according to a Rivals article.

Murphy would be a solid grab. I'm ok with getting a bunch of 3*s from the south east. That's how we start to get roots there.

Why did Williams cool off Georgia? Did it state a reason 314? I'm just curious

3* DT Michael Sawyers names Mizzou among his top 10. Listed at 6'2 307 from Tennessee.
