I thought there was an article of rocel saying he was not going anywhere and remains strongly committed to mizzou.

I don't know if my feeling is that he is a lock, but I'd say he's closer to a lock than Ross. Then again it may just be me waiting for the sky to fall and not feeling they're a lock until they sign.

I'm more confident about McWilliams because his best friend plays for us. They're tight, and Crawford is happy here and recruiting him. Hope we hang onto him and Ross both.

It's about Ross, basically UGA sources think he'll stick with Mizzou as well as Mizzou sources saying he had a great time on his OV and they are hearing he'll stick with Mizzou as well.

Looks like we have room for 2 more. From what everyone is saying we have room for 2. If that is the case I would love to get one of the DT's ( Ford or Cage) and flip the DE Sawyer from North Gwinnett.

If we can somehow get the OT from Juco after signing day that would be great also

PM keeps saying we could take as many as 4, so probably Blair, Williams, one of the DT's, and with Mizzou there's always a 2* surprise on NSD. Rumor has it that Hughes might not qualify and would need to go to JUCO, freeing up one spot. We won't know about qualification issues until March-May usually.

Can someone enlighten me on how we have 2 more spots? It can't be because we'll process some kids because if that were the case, we have as many spots as we feel like booting other kids.

I'm going to take a guess that there are going to be some transfers that the coaches know about but haven't been made public yet. That's they only thing that makes sense to me. The limit is at 85 scholarships.

Reedus, there must be guys leaving the program that they haven't announced, or grade issues they are aware of.

Ok thanks y'all. Was really curious too if we have heard who, but I'm guessing not. Saw above that Hughes may not make it in this class, so that makes sense as well.

I saw on twitter that Ford dropped a school - I'm assuming that was Purdue? I'd love to get Ford for many reasons - sticking it to Texas would just be one more.

Ford is probably who I want most out of our targets.

As far as the 85 limit, we might be adjusting to life in the SEC.

Some may go Juco besides Hughes.

There are a few RS Juniors that might be encouraged to get their degree and transfer to play immediately.

There's a couple names that I'm thinking of, but I'd rather not say. If you show up for 4yrs to practise and compete, I'd hate to label them as dead weight.

Once again, Ox, we're thinking the same way.

I think there are some guys that haven't climbed the depth chart and will be encouraged to graduate and move on.

There is a guy who has been a Bama 4* DT commit, OJ Smith I think, who is looking. Visited MSU this past weekend. Was asked to grayshirt at Alabama and started looking last week. Wonder if the staff knows about him?

And unfortunately I'm seeing Texas for Ford. Think he follows Strong. What's the story on this new name I've seen...is it Spencer Williams or something?

Williams is a 3* DE currently committed to Cincinnati. LINK

He's from the same area as Zanders and Blair, and from what I've gathered they at least know each other, not sure if they're friends or anything like that, but all are from the Jacksonville area.

Spencer Williams is a 3* DE prospect from Jacksonville, FL - like Zanders. He's a Cincinnati commit, but visited both Nebraska and Mizzou last weekend. Also had an Auburn offer, according to 24/7.

Is your thoughts of Ford to texas based on a gut feeling or something specific?
