I just searched the image from the article on Google Images and the brother actually came up first. I didn't think he looked right (even though they have the same hair!) but they were both listed.

Take it for what it's worth, but Dewayne Hendrix just changed his background on twitter this evening from Tennessee to a picture of him in a high school game. Has removed any mention of Tennessee. I take this as a good sign, but it could also mean absolutely nothing.
