Basically it's saying we have
63 returning schollies
5 early enrollies
20 commits for 2014 (25 max)
total = 88 (85 max)

However, as stated, Nick Demien is (probably) not coming back.

Also not sure DGB2 will be part of the 2014 class. Sounds like he'll grayshirt.

Also, is Chaston Ward on schollarship?

The number could be at 85 right now, but we can add as many as 5 more, but have to trim the returning scholarship list.

Don't know about Ward. Think you're right about DGB2. Forgot about that. So we're still maxed out unless we trim existing players/commits. I don't know when the numbers have to shake out, but I wouldn't be surprised if we lose a QB, especially if Hosick doesn't want to change positions. But that won't shake out until fall. If Mauk wins the postion, that means Printz and Hosick will only have one year to play (unless Mauk goes early). I'd love for them to stay and give depth, but I don't know if they want to spend their entire careers as a backup. Maybe one stays and does that, but I have a feeling at least one will go.

More steam picking up on Vincent Jackson Jr. to Mizzou. Have heard if he comes to Mizzou, would likely convert to DE.

Checking Jackson's twitter sure makes it seem Mizzou is the heavy favorite. Alabama is also in his top 4, but I don't think his offer from them is committable. So I'd say we're the favorite at this point. Which is good, he seems like a player.

Yes. And also Dante Sawyer (4* DE), CJ Legget (3* RB), Mitch Hyatt (2015 5* OT), and Anree Saint-Amour (2015 4* DE).

All players from Suwanee, Georgia (North Gwinnett) an area Mizzou has been hitting HARD.

Is Sawyer still planning an OV to Mizzou? Next weekend, if I remember correctly? Are any of those other guys thinking about coming along?

Last I heard is Sawyer will take an OV to Mizzou on the 31st. Nate Brown is there on that day as well I believe, but could be wrong. Would make sense for Caleb Scott to join them IF he has interest in coming to Mizzou. Mizzou is going to push hard for ANY kid from Suwanee, Georgia. A very talent rich area.

He's not committed to anyone at this point, right? Looks like Mizzou and LSU are his only SEC offers. But he has a LONG offer list, with a lot of B1G and Big 12 offers.
