Was it you that was wondering what Rafe Peavey's connection to Arkansas was?
I saw this section in an article today that explained it:
“The good thing about Rafe, he just tries to stay humble,” said Peavey, who was a graduate assistant coach with Arkansas under Jack Crowe. “He gives credit to the Lord and just wants to be humble in this thing. He has a lot of things to consider as a sophomore. All of sudden when you play with no pressure and you think everything is great and you’re just a kid, and then all of sudden realize people really do want you to come play for them at big schools. ”
Jack, who has a long relationship with recruiting coordinator and running back coach Tim Horton and his father Harold, recalls hearing the news about the Razorbacks offer and thinking about all the hard work his son has put in.“It’s awesome because Rafe puts in a lot of time in trying to be a special quarterback.” Peavey said.
In Sunday’s Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Jack said he believes the Hogs are at the top of Rafe’s list.“I think Rafe is going to be an early decision,” said Jack, whose wife, Rachael, attended Arkansas. “That’s something he mentioned the other day. He would like to let it known and be the first one.”

I wouldnt buy that. EZE is someone that Nick has been working on really hard to flip. I highly doubt this is something he would lie about as a joke or for attention. This is probably one of those deals that Zeke would have his offer pulled if Ohio St. found out that he is visiting. Zeke probably told him that after he tweeted it and he tried to cover it up. The visit is or is expected to be to be ultra-quiet, which is fine by me.

I think there's something to the original tweet. My money is on him flipping during an ov in the fall.

I think he is visiting but it has to be on the down-low. I could not imagine Zeke not coming for a game this Fall though.

Just looked on Rivals, that kid has quite the offer list! Unbelievable that he's still a 5.5 3* according to them. Either way it's nice to be in the race with some of the big boys. Check out his profile, the kid looks 30 already
