I could be looking at this wrong, if so, please break it down for me.
UK has the #1 class currently with 70.43 points. We are 6th with 64.79
Jontay is currently worth 28.86 points per 247. That would put us well above UK for the #1 class. Something within this formula that Im obviously missing, but he would still need to only be worth 6 points to push us to the #1 class.

Ok, apparently the recruits are weighted in some way that I wont pretend to understand. Adding Jontay would lower the point value for everyone else in our class.
Id say we have a pretty good chance to hit #3, but we won't hit 1.

What I did was find someone who has the same grade as Jontay but in the 2017 class. Forgot his name, but they were like tied, and those points only got me to #4(?)

Most services have said if Jontay re-classifies then we are #4

Kentucky has 8 recruits and most of them are 5 stars. No way we would have gotten close even with Knox and Jontay.

I'd say those rankings are a bit flawed. If LeBron had gone to college to a school with just a few 3 stars, his team wouldn't have been top 15.
