Mullen is an a-hole.

I'll go coach TEs and recruit Ill do it for half the money and do a better job. At least im young and can relate somewhat to recruits

I think we should just sign a hot 21 year old woman as our TE coach.

She looks like she knows a thing about tight ends. Hire her!

There's one tight end I wouldn't mind hitting

Mullen is an underachieving bastard who obviously wants to continue getting his arse handed to him on the field.

I don't think he wants to get his arse kicked but he needs to quit being such a stubborn dick. I think the phrase "adapt or die" should be tattooed on the inside if his eye lids to constantly remind him

Hey Sallach we demoted you, because you suck.
A few weeks later...
Sallach, I'm already on record as saying I don't want to recruit a lot, so do you think I want to go do another coach search. Here is your job back.

Dammit. I am ready for Mullen to leave. We have a better coach/recruiter that wants this job.

As much as I am a fan of Hud, no way we can let Mullen go. Even if he fails to get us bowling this season, you still can't.
I do think that Hud would probably be better for our program, but you can't hire someone on a hunch.
No doubt that if Mullen leaves/fired, then Hud is the 1st guy I call.

Yeah...you are correct. I do not think Mullen sucks. I just think he has taken us as far as he can. Which I appreciate. The HC job here is much more attractive than when he got here.

At some point, he's got to realize that friendships can't hold him back from making the absolute best decision for the team.

That's why you don't hire friends or family in any profession.

There is nothing wrong with hiring friends and family. Most American businesses run that way. You just have to remember that business is business. If you can't keep your focus on the big picture and make the necessary decisions, then you are just a shitty manager and shouldn't be in your job.

This > LINK Just screams SEC coaching material, NOT!
At first glance, I thought he graduated from URANUS nor Ursinus.
So does this begin the countdown clock for Mullen's tenure?
