Former Mississippi State forward Arnett Moultrie has been suspended five games by the NBA for violating the league’s drug policy.
Moultrie lettered for the Bulldogs in 2012 after transferring in from UTEP and has spent the past two seasons with the Philadelphia 76ers. The 6-foot-10, 240-pound former first round draft selection’s suspension begins Monday night against the Atlanta Hawks.
Moultrie missed the first three months of the season with a broken ankle and has appeared in a dozen games for the 76ers this year while splitting time in the NBA Developmental League with the Delaware 87ers. He will not be permitted to play in the D-League during his suspension.

Well if it's weed... He really is stupid.

Marijuana has its own more lenient standards, where a first positive test results in treatment, a second positive result means treatment and a fine, and third positive test calls for a five-game suspension.
