There is an obvious limited amount of space in front of the stage which makes it very crowded on big weekends. If you get there a bit early and grab a table and some cheese bread, then you got it made. It is one of the few bars in Starkville that offers a good late night scene for the 24-35 crowd.

I enjoy Bin 612, Zorbas and the Halfway House. But once it gets late, I generally find myself shifting over to Daves. You avoid a lot of the college "riff raff."

Nope. Political Science. I also wasn't aware that I had to be grammatically correct on a message board.

Personal favorite is the Bin. It's a mixed crowd and if you get there somewhat early you will have a table the whole night. Plus they have late night chicken on a stick now... Which gives me a huge chubby

Had it 2 weeks ago, and I think they battered mine in saw dust. I'm glad I bought a water with it.

I am disappoint to hear that. Good topic though. Does anyone know of any late night spots or food trucks or anything we should know about?

I know there is:

Hardees
Huddle House?
Daves serves pizza kinda late. Usually has a few leftovers.
The Bin
Is the cafe still open?
What else?

Some dude has a food truck for late night that he parks by Coconuts. I haven't tried it yet though.

That's what I'm looking for. I just haven't made it to a game this year and didn't really go out last year except for like one game.

$5 BBQ sammiches. They're pretty good I think. Possibility it was the alcohol that made my taste buds think that.

I don't go out there, but I usually order from Cowbells late and get lazy guys to bring it to me. Surprising Cowbells has really good food.

How's the food at Zorba's during regular dining hours? And what's the name of the bbq place on the west side of town, not called Grumpy's? And is it actually all of a sudden awesome like I have heard?

Pretty good, but it's no Keifers. They also will give you a Restaurant Tyler menu up there. Their blue plates are awesommmeeee and reasonably priced.

No, that place sucks.
