Well we've got Gary Henderson on staff and Cohen will obviously still be around. Plenty of people to guide him.

We are for sure in the position to make a more risky baseball hire than we normally would. Just an incredible amount of experience surrounding him between Henderson and Mingione, the obviously Cohen is still here to make as long a transition as we need.
