Tyler > Dak right now.
Tyler can throw the football a little better than Dak right now- no doubt about it
Dak can run ball much, much better than Russell.
Is a little passing worth more than adding a mobile QB that can expand our offense and force the defense into more desperate situations?
Tim Brewster says no- and so do a couple of other coaches on staff that I wont name.

oh please that pass was a WIDE OPEN 15 yard bullet pass to marcus green.
Do you ever ask yourself why Dak would have wide open receivers to throw to but Tyler NEVER does?
Defenses have to walk up and commit to stop the run with Dak in the game. That's why WR's and TE's will slip away free and open at times. They never do under Russell because he is no threat- they just sit back and read him staring down WR's

Because 80% of the time we brought him in he ran the ball.
I'm not saying that I don't think Dak is good because he is and I am looking forward to him being a very good QB for us in the future. BUT this upcoming year I want our RS senior quarterback to start and hopefully with this returning o-line and some young but much more talented receivers he can breakout

yet defenses were prepped all week to be ready for him to throw the ball- and he still threw TD's against LSU and Tenn's 1st team D

our offense with Russell will be just like last year-shitty against top teams. We dont have the caliber of WR to get open without someone like Dak back there making the defense have to respect the run more than the pass
