Buy or Sell; Come December We Will View KY Loss as a Positive

Obviously we will have some idea before midnight Saturday, but the KY game has the potential to be a season defining moment in a positive way. After 3 cupcakes, if we have a typical KY game this past weekend where 40k show up and watch basketball hype videos on the big screen for a half of football, I think it would’ve done nothing to prepare our team for the SEC West schedule. We’d be headed into the FL game with even more overly inflated egos set up for a bigger letdown, one that would have had a longer lasting impact.

As it stands now, nothing has really changed. The SEC West schedule is still ahead, the FL game is too, but there’s been no BS talking from the players all week like I think we would’ve seen with a win over KY. I think these guys show up Saturday focused with a lot to prove. Moving on from there, for anyone to win the SEC West you basically have to beat everyone in the West. Is it still achievable, yes. Is it likely, no, but it’s no less likely than it was this time a week ago and just as/more likely for us as it is anyone not named Bama.

We’ve heard it said numerous time it’s best to get team ABC early before they get rolling. Still think we have the capability to be one of those teams. Screw all the negative crap; time for our guys to go kick FL in the nuts.
