you do realize there is a distinct difference between heatstroke and a stroke, right?

Well if he was dehydrated and hospitalized for it then he most likely had some degree of heat exhaustion, which comes before a heat stroke.
Big boy most likely got overheated and wasnt hydrated as most HS kids dont hydrate correctly. The USP staff did what they shouldve done and sent his arse to the hospital to get an IV and get checked out.
Glad he's aight.

any reason why it seems like a consensus on the Spirit that Redmond received a Mustang?

Because Buchanan's dad gave Redmond a mustang with a "To: Redmond From:Merlin" tag on it then called the NCAA

I've lost count of how many people I've seen who live in the projects but drive a brand new car, and none of them are being recruited by anyone. It's like a chinese riddle
