It has no blind links
It directly relates to SEC Football
It was not RA'd
It never got off-topic
It was not posted prior to gameweek for the auto-anchor feature
I've gone through all the rules to see how this would have been anchored, and can't find anything to explain it.

Threat title was too short maybe.

Hm, in your haste to get to the bottom of this it appears you skimmed right over the first rule in the FAQ.
