We need an Alter option when we RA

It would make it easier for the admins to identify those clowns.

This ends with every other post being RA'd. In sympathy for the admins, this is a bad idea.

I've been suggesting this for about a year now. Be as simple as adding a little button to the RA menu, or even a 30 character text box to write in a reason.
