I rustled up enough support on the Georgia Board to be voted an admin, then when I started the Official Unnofficial vote for me topic, admin whacked it within 2 minutes.
Admin has other plans for that board, apparently. Chicken said he'd look into it, haven't heard anything since.
ETA- I modded another smaller sports board a few years ago. Different platform though... vBulletin 3.7.0
