I was here before SEC Rant existed and this site has always required a bit of a thick hide.
When I joined and it was just Tigerdroppings.com the first thing I noticed was, "damn, the boys and girls can play rough."

People could always handle a little mud slinging.
But it hasn't always been a bunch of trolls that outnumber decent posters. A couple years ago even the trolls would contribute some decent content to discussions. Some now couldn't tell you the difference between a 3-4 and 4-3 and in order to compensate post a million check in threads.

Yes and no.
I believe he is correct about ATPB bringing the quality down, but the reason I joined was because I enjoyed the smack talk between the fans pre Cam Newton). It made me laugh at times. However, it wasn't as bad as it is today.
Ice and rummy were around more early on, but it s what it is. I believe there are more alters than before, but not sure what can change that?
