Suggestion: Replace Forums drop bar on the top navigation bar to Pickem

To clarify further
Home | Teams | Football | Basketball | Baseball | Pickem
The Forums drop bar is the same thing as the SEC FORUMS category on the left navigation section, with members and guidelines added.

I had never given those tabs a thought until now. Pretty useful
